Clean rooms and property, bed was hard!! Check in was great

Very old motel in total. Could not understand what the owner was saying. Cockroaches were in the room, and the bathroom was very old. Also, when I tried to turn the temperature of the airconditioner up, I could smell something burning. Staff was very kind, but the facility was too old and not clean.

What an awesome place to stay. We walked into the room not sure what to expect and we loved it. Nice big, airy room and the shower was fantastic. Location was great in the downtown district. Parking wasn’t the best but we figured out where to stay. We are not real experienced travelers so I felt the check in could have been explained better. Such as where the room was located (3rd floor) and we had to triple check what room was ours. Maybe explain where the particular room is located and explain the check in better. We thought this was a hotel. I would recommend this to anyone staying in the area and U would definitely stay again.

This boutique hotel was really nice. It’s almost like a modern gothic style. It was too nice for this little town and completely unexpected. Needless to say the hotel was immaculately decorated and clean. Room clean, good shower nice bed. If I’m ever back in Gering this is definitely the place to be 😊
